About Our Services. Watson's Lawn Care LLC offers Lawn Mowing, Yard Cleanup, Hedge Trimming, Weed Control Treatment, Edging Service, Light Landscaping. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watson's Lawn Care LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Watson's Lawn Care LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Watson's Lawn Care LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
